General Membership Meeting

"Our First Three Years: Cruising and Passages from Maine to Grenada"

This event is Open to the public.  Please Register so we and the restaurant will know how many to expect.

Landlocked in the desert Southwest and yearning for a life cruising oceans, Ed and Jody Chamberlain somehow made it happen. Starting with membership in the LPSC, their presentation will tell you how they went about acquiring the skills needed to sail the high seas. They had no special traits prior becoming cruisers, just the tenacity and perseverance to chase the dream. They will also discuss sailing the US East Coast, the Bahamas, the North Atlantic and the Eastern Caribbean.

Come meet with Ed and Jody to learn from them and to ask your own specific questions, especially if you ever dreamt of  sailing off to the far horizons in your own boat.

Come in early between 6 and 7 and enjoy good food, drink and the camaraderie of fellow sailors at this no-host event.
